Live longer, Eat less.

If we look at all the religions, every religion has recommended fasting. Some religions fast for one month (in Islam), while others for days or weeks. It means that eating less benefits us from a religious point of view. This indicates that God (Allah Tala) also wants us to eat less.

Now, researchers have found that if you eat less, you live longer than if you overeat.

An experimental animal on a low-calorie diet has shown:

  1. Lower blood pressure.
  2. An increased level of HDL (High-density lipoprotein) is supposed to be good cholesterol.
  3. There is a decreased triglyceride. We know that triglycerides are bad for the health, leading to cardiovascular diseases.

How will you Live longer?

We know that the above three factors prolong the longevity.

The best way to control eating is never to go for a refill. Always try to put the food you think is enough for the first time.
