Good Eating habits (Part 1)

  • There are certain good eating habits which will help to keep you fit.
  • Even you can lose weight by these good eating habits.
    1. Slow eater Try to eat slowly and try to finish food in 20 to 30 minutes.
      1. You can achieve this goal by using stopwatch and fix the time for each bite.
      2. This is one of the top habit for reducing the weight without a complicated diet plan.
      3. This will give you pleasure and trigger the body fullness hormones.
    2. Sleep More This is the study that if you sleep one hour extra that will lead to decrease in the weight.
      1. When you are sleeping then intake will decrease and not taking any snakes etc.
      2. This may cut extra 6% calories.
      3. When Someone has too little sleep ,he will be eating more because he feel more hungry.
    3. Vegetable diet and more fruits This will also lead to lose weight.
      1. Because of the higher fiber contents and water in vegetable and fruits give you more filling effect without much calories.
      2. Try to add less fats.
      3. Add lemon and herbs instead of high fat sauces and dressings.
    4. Soup before the regular meals, it will slow your eatings and decrease your appetite.
      1. Take always thin soups.
      2. Avoid creamy soup because these are full of fats and more calories.
    5. Whole Grains These are as brown rice, barley, oats, buckwheat, and whole wheat.
      1. They help fill you up with fewer calories and may improve your cholesterol profile.
      2. Whole grains are now in many products including waffles, pizza crust, English muffins, pasta, and white, whole-wheat bread.
    6. Skinny Clothes These keeps you aware of the increase in weight.
      1. If your wear loose clothes, that may keep you in dark for your increasing waist and weight.
    7. Avoid Chicken Because two pieces of meat may give 100 calories.
      1. Can take sandwich without meat and this will save you from 100 calories.
      2. Think about tomato slices, banana peppers, roasted red bell peppers, grainy mustard, or a light spread of herbed goat cheese.
    8. Build a Better Slice of Pizza or sandwich Choose vegetable toppings for pizza instead of meat.
      1. This may be able to reduce 100 calories from your meal.
      2. Go light on the cheese or use reduced-fat cheese and choose a thin, bread-like crust made with just a touch of olive oil.
    9. Control sugar and Colas Replace one sugary drink like regular soda with water.
      1. This is equal to 10 teaspoons of sugar.
      2. Can add lemon, mint or frozen strawberries for flavor and fun.
