  • Cardamom is latin world called as Amomum Villosum.
  • This belongs to Ginger family.

Property

  1. This is medicinal herb , native to tropical china and vietnam.
  2. This not identical to that grow in Indo-Pakistan and Sri Lanka.

Benefits

  1. It prevents indigestion.
  2. It helps to regularize intestinal movements ,and stool.
  3. Ayurvedic physicians use it for treating the ulcer and malaria.
  4. It is believed that Cardamom helps antituberculous treatment by streptomycin.
  5. Chinese physicians use it for urinary incontinence.
  6. This can be used as Tea.
