    1. It gives more potassium than eating one banana.
    2. Cantaloupe increases potassium, and our body loses more sodium. An increase in sodium can lead to hypertension.
  2. Folic acid.
  3. Calcium.
  4. Copper.
  5. Iron.
  6. Zinc.
  7. Vitamin K.
  8. Niacin.

    2. Vitamin C and beta-carotene neutralize the free radicles.

  4. Cantaloupe is an excellent potassium source and will help lower blood pressure.
    1. Potassium helps lower the chances of atherosclerosis by lowering LDL (Bad cholesterol).

How to eat the cantaloupe?

  1. The best way to avail vitamin C is to eat fresh-cut cantaloupe.
