  4. Potassium is in lots of foods naturally like :
    1. Milk.
    2. Potatoes.
    3. sweet potatoes.
    4. Legumes.
    5. Avocados.
    6. Bananas .

  1. Low magnesium levels may lead to problems like :
    1. Osteoporosis.
    2. High blood pressure.
    3. Diabetes.
    4. Muscle cramps.
    5. Heart disease.
