Common Foods to be avoided

Today we are going to give the most common foods used and their fat contents which are not good for health.

There are some foods that should be avoided, examples are:

  1. Coffee:
    1. Avoid large sizes of coffee late and frappuccino. The best option is to order nonfat milk and no whipped cream. Also, avoid cookies and pastries.

    1. Avoid sausage and pepperoni pizza. The best option is to order vegetarian topping and a limited quantity of cheese.  Also, limit your serving. Try to eat more salad and fresh fruits.

  1. Hamburgers:
    1. Try to order a low-fat burger. Avoid bacon. Try to eat salad,  with fat-free dressings.
  2. Deep-fried chicken:
    1. Avoid deep-fried chicken, french fries, and onion rings.
  3. Delis:
    1. Try to eat sandwiches, bread rolls, and pitas with a low-fat and simple salad. Eat a small portion of meat and cheese.
