There are more nutrients which can delay the process of arthritis.
Vitamin C
Vit.C produces collagen tissue which is the main component of joints.There is one study which advocates the presence of Vit.C in diet will have less risk for developing arthritis.

  1. Orange juice is the rich source of vit.C.according to American Dietetic Association ,juice from the frozen concentrate has more Vit.C.
  2. Body store of Vit.C.It is found that body does not store Vit.C but it takes from the blood whenit is needed.If you take more Vit.C the excess will be flush out.This is bettter to take Vit.C rich fruits and vegetables through out the day like :
    1. Strawberries.
    2. Watermelon.
    3. Broccoli.
    4. Sweet pepper
  3. Vit.c dose. Don’t take excess of Vit.C in the form of medicine.Your body needs 60 mg of Vit.C per day.This has heeling and antioxidant role as well.Still you don’t need mega doses of Vit.C.Excess of Vit.C may upset your gastrointestinal system..
